Description

Radiant strong ruby garnet with dark core, violet youthful purple reflections on the edge, delicate rim brightening. Infinitely fruity of typical Blaufränkisch fruit of ripe sour cherries and dark berry fruit. Dry with balanced harmonic acidity. Full-bodied with great fruitiness and minerality. Sour cherries, cherries, currants and blackberries, a true variety of fruit on the palate.  Delicate elegant spice with subtle wood flavors. The tannins are ripe, soft and supple as one would expect from IBY. The strong fruity body gives the wine a long, harmonious finish with delicate elegance and finesse.

A great Blaufränkisch with noble stylistics, mineral and elegant, perfect food companion to steak, game, veal and beef dishes and lamb.
