Description

Sparkling dark ruby garnet with dark core.
Pronounced nose of ripe sour cherries, cordials and blackberries. Dark berry, spicy with hints of spice from rosemary, thyme and violets. Perfectly integrated wood notes. Powerful on the palate with balanced acidity. Substantial, fruity body accompanied by present but soft velvety tannins. Fruit of dark berries and fruits, cloves and hints of cinnamon. Compact and very well structured. Deep and mineral. Long and balanced finish. A wine with finesse and elegance accompanied by dark fruit aromas and spice hints. Almost endless storage potential. Pairs perfectly with game dishes, such as venison and deer, steak, as well as fine veal, beef dishes.
