The Iby winery not only makes Blaufränkisch, it also “lives” it. One looks back on a history rich in tradition, which goes back to the year 1884 to Anton I.. Since then, the knowledge and love of the wine craft have been passed down from generation to generation. Today, the winemaking couple Anton Markus and Eva Maria cultivate a vineyard of 40 hectares in the best locations.
